Cancellation Notice

At The Beauty Lounge Eastleigh, your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that unexpected delays can happen, and sometimes schedule changes are necessary.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us the opportunity to offer your appointment slot to another client. 

Please note:

A 50% deposit is required for all new clients to secure a booking. This deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled.

Any cancellations made less than 24 hours’ before the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

This fee must be paid before booking any future appointments.
